I have to stay up late preparing for my class, but he doesn't bother to tell me until 9pm that he needs to be in at work super early tomorrow. Since we carpool, I guess I'll be up REALLY late tonight...

He was also watching our daughter today and failed to have her take her nap... I told him I'd stay with her instead of going to the store this evening, but he insisted we all go. Now it's 9:30, she still hasn't slept, even though her bedtime is 8:00pm, and she's SUPER cranky. Or it could be that she's like my mood ring and usually is in whatever mood I'm in...

No Thanks, Just Scrub the Toilet

I'm 9 months pregnant and my husband is doing all kinds of unnecessary handyman stuff around the house when the actual inside of the house is a mess! I try to clean up, but I'm just too tired and pregnant, so I don't get much done. Yesterday, I went for a walk and when I came back, he was installing a pond in the backyard. Then, of course, he left a mess that he didn't clean up and it won't be cleaned up until I get around to doing it or I yell at him. I hate being the bad guy, but why doesn't he use some common sense!

Parking Citation

So yesterday, I received my DMV Registration Renewal Notice - $351!!!! There's apparently a $110 parking citation fee from almost a year ago that was never paid, which I'm perplexed about. I never just ignore any fees, bills, or citations... I turn to my husband and he looks perplexed as well. I call around to try and figure out where this was and seem to recall letting someone borrow my car during that time... I finally find the department that issued the citation and let them know I thought someone had borrowed the car. Then they let me know that my husband had written to try to get an administrative review, but never followed up after they replied to him - ARGH! I should have known.... I felt stupid, thanked the officer, and hung up the phone.

I love my husband dearly, but sometimes he drives me nuts! I created this page to vent, so I can kill two birds with one stone: nag him less and keep my sanity.... I imagine in the end, we'll both be a little more sane....
